Delivery charges: Austalian buyers we offer a flat shipping option
If an item is delivered to the wrong address due to your checkout information not being correct, then it is your responsibility to pay for all relevant charges of recovering the lost parcel. If the package is unrecoverable, then it is your responsibility to pay for any fees or charges that may have occurred. FIMG & Australia Post will not be held liable to refund any amount of monies paid for any packages delivered to the wrong address, due to the customer giving the wrong information on the checkout page. Registered post is available & covers insurance against loss or damage.
Australian Orders
All Australian parcels are delivered via Australia Post parcel post.
Delivery may take between 2 - 14 days to arrive after your parcel has been made which takes (7 to 10 days)
Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming your checkout details.
International Orders
Delivery may take between 10 - 30 days to arrive after your parcel has been made which takes (7 to 10 days).
Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming checkout information.
Some items may have been banned from entering some countries. FIMG will not be held responsible for items seized by customs. (Please check with your customs office for details).
Please note that items of value shipped international may incur additional customs charges. These charges are payable by the customer and not by FIMG. (Please check with your customs office for details).
Returns & Refund Policy
All the pewter products that are sold at FIMG are hand crafted by our own trusted pewter craftsmen, we only use high grade lead free pewter in ALL our castings. We DO NOT sell pewter that contains lead. *All pewter products are backed with a 100% product money back... if not 100% happy
Fairies In My Garden (FIMG) are happy to replace any faulty or damaged items.
A: Replacements:
If an item/s arrive damaged at their destination, then FIMG will gladly send a replacement part/s or item/s.
a-1: Within 7 days of receipt of parcel, E-mail returns@fairiesinmygarden.com.au explaining the nature how the damage occurred. If possible, please send a picture of the damaged item/s. Please include your user name or user number.
a-2: FIMG will then contact you with a date of delivery for your replacement item/s.
a-3:We may ask for the damaged part/s or item/s to be returned to us. If this is the case, then we will pay for all postage charges to send the damaged part/s or item/s back to FIMG. We will pay for postage to have a replacement sent to you.
B: Refunds:
If a damaged item/s is returned to FIMG in its original packaging, then we will gladly refund the full purchase amount of the item/s, excluding any postage/delivery charges.
b-1: Within 7 days of receipt of parcel, E-mail returns@fairiesinmygarden.com.au & explain the nature of the damaged occurred.
b-2:Send the item/s, in the original packaging, along with receipt, to FIMG address will be supplied in e-mail)
b-3: We will refund the full purchase price, excluding any postage/delivery charges
C: Lost goods:
(this only applies to registered/insured parcels. Uninsured parcels cannot claim against loss of parcels) If an item/s does not arrive at your destination within the allocated delivery time frames, stated on our delivery page or in your delivery e-mail, then please follow these instructions:
c-1: E-mail returns@fimg,net,au
email us all the details of your order
c-2: FIMG will then track your item through Australia post. If Australia post finds your item then that will be re-sent to you at no extra charge. If Australia post is unable to find your purchases, then replacement items will be sent to you at no extra charge. Please allow 14 - 60 days for this process to be completed.
D: Not happy with your order
FIMG are happy to exchange or refund items due to customers not being 100% happy with their pewter. Once purchased and you have received goods you have 7 days to email to let us know how we can help. We will refund or exchange once we have had contact with you and you have sent back goods. No shipping will be refunded in this case.
All International parcels are delivered via Australia Post Economy Air-mail.
